There are also ways to treat a cold such as taking vitamin c, honey, zinc, garlic, essential fatty acids, cough suppressants, chicken soup, sports drinks, fruit drinks, ginger ale, and drinking water. You may also try de-stressing or a nice long steamy shower.
In conclusion it is extremely easy to catch a cold and that they are spread just as easily. As you can see there are a lot of different ways to deal with a cold.
